Sarah Bowman, LMT
Sarah started her path toward holistic health and massage therapy as a child, spending time at the Kripalu Center in the Berkshires. Her interest in helping others led her to earning a bachelors degree at Ithaca College in recreational therapy where she specialized in the rehabilitation of individuals with spinal cord and brain injuries and stroke patients.

Sarah graduated from the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in 2006 and joined the Balance team in the spring of 2007.

In addition to Swedish, deep tissue/therapeutic massage, prenatal massage, lymphatic facilitation, and hot stone therapy, Sarah specializes in trigger point therapy, often utilizing several of these techniques into one massage to best meet the needs of her clients.

Sarah enjoys spending her free time at her home in the Adirondacks, photography, and embarking on new adventures of home improvement.
